Tasty Lambless Tagine


320g The Unbelievable ATL. Lambless Pieces
1 tbsp Olive oil
1 Large onion, peeled and roughly chopped
2 Cloves garlic
1 Red pepper, seed and stalk removed, roughly chopped
1 heaped tsp Ras el Hanut spice blend
2 tsp Salt
1x 400g Tin chopped tomatoes
1 tsp Pomegranate molasses
3 tbsp Yeast extract (eg marmite)
1 Lemon, zest and juice
1 Pinch saffron

    Sweat the onion, pepper and garlic in the olive oil until softened and lightly browned

    Add the Ras el Hanut spice and cook gently for another minute

  • 3

    Add half of the tin of chopped tomatoes, and the remaining ingredients. Bring to a simmer and cook for 10 mins

    Blend smooth with a hand blender. Or allow to cool a bit if using a liquidiser

    Add the remaining tomatoes and simmer for another 10 mins

    Cook The Unbelievable ALT. Tender Lambless Pieces as per on pack instructions along with your Tabbouleh

    Assemble and serve
